Blaine F. Aikin

Blaine is executive chairman of Fi360 and a recognized thought-leader in the field of financial advice and fiduciary responsibility. He joined Fi360 in 2005 as chief knowledge officer, became chief executive officer in 2007, and was named executive chairman in 2015. He led the rise to prominence of the company’s professional development capabilities, investment management platform for advisors, and business research and practice management services that help advisors and financial institutions profitably gather, grow and protect investor assets. His rich experience includes having been a financial planning practitioner, chief investment officer and corporate executive responsible for the design, delivery and management of investment products.

Blaine is a well-known speaker and author of numerous articles on the subjects of fiduciary responsibility and investment management. He is the author of the monthly Fiduciary Corner column in InvestmentNews magazine.  He has been named to Investment Advisor magazine's IA25 list of the most influential people in the investment advisory community and one of the 10 most influential individuals in the 401(k) industry by RIABiz. He is currently chair of the Board of Directors for the CFP Board of Standards.

Blaine received a bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from Allegheny College and his Master of Public Management and Policy degree from the Heinz School of Carnegie-Mellon University. Upon graduation from CMU, he was selected for the prestigious Presidential Management Intern Program. He is a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) professional, Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) charterholder and Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst® (AIFA®) designee.

An avid outdoorsman, Blaine serves on the Steering Committees of the Pennsylvania Forest Stewards program and the Pennsylvania Center for Private Forests.



John Faustino, AIF®

John Faustino

John is chief product and strategy officer of Fi360.  In this role, he’s responsible for guiding the integration and innovation of Fi360’s products and services.

John spent over 14 years at Morningstar, Inc., primarily in product leadership roles.  During his time at Morningstar, John developed Morningstar’s advisor facing Defined Contribution Retirement Plan tools and was active in licensing Morningstar’s target date indexes for the creation of CIT funds.  Early in his career, he worked for Brinson Partners as a portfolio administrator for retirement accounts and served as an officer on a closed-end bond fund managed by the firm.

In addition to his industry experience, Faustino has a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois, MS in Decision Sciences from the London School of Economics, MBA from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business, and MSIT from Northwestern University. 

He sits on the Industry Advisory Board of Northwestern University's MSIT program, serves as president of his daughters' school board, and is a former board member of theaterinchicago.com. 



Drew Hurt
Chief Financial Officer

Drew Hurt

Drew Hurt is chief financial officer of Fi360 and is responsible for the company’s financial operations including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury and tax.

He has over 20 years of finance experience and has been involved in several merger and acquisition transactions throughout his career on both the buyer and seller side.  Most recently, Drew worked for McKesson’s Business Performance Services division.  Prior to that, he was CFO for MED3000 until its acquisition by McKesson.

Drew has a BS degree in business administration from Robert Morris University and an MBA from the Joseph Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.

He serves as treasurer on the Board of Directors of Horses with Hope, a nonprofit organization that provides therapeutic horseback riding for the disabled. 



J. Richard Lynch, AIFA®

J. Richard Lynch

Rich is a director of Fi360.  As a member of the Board he oversees the strategic direction of the organization and specifically provides direction with respect to fiduciary developments and their impact on the financial services industry and Fi360.  He is also a member of the CEFEX – Centre for Fiduciary Excellence Board of Directors and CEFEX Registration Committee.

As the primary instructor for Fi360 Training, he is instrumental in providing investment education and training programs that award the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst® (AIFA®) professional designations.  As a CEFEX Registration Committee member, he oversees and approves the assessment and certification of all CEFEX-certified firms.

Rich assisted with the development of the industry's fiduciary handbook series, Prudent Practices for Investment Fiduciaries, and is instrumental in updating them periodically as regulatory and market developments dictate.

Rich graduated from the United States Coast Guard Academy with high honors in Economics-Management, where he received the Superintendent's Award for leadership at graduation.  During his twenty-year Coast Guard career, he served aboard three ships as operations officer, executive officer and commanding officer respectively.  In addition, he held various senior-level financial management positions, including an assignment to the National Pollution Funds Center, a newly established Coast Guard unit responsible for managing the $1 billion Oil Spill Liability Trust Fund.  Rich received his MBA degree (magna cum laude) with an emphasis in Operations Research from George Washington University.



William Mueller, AIF®

William Mueller

Bill Mueller is chief executive officer of Fi360 and responsible for the vision, strategy and all day-to-day operations of the company.

Previously he spent over 10 years at Renda Broadcasting Corporation where he served as vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to RBC, Bill held various management roles at Entigo Corporation and ServiceWare, now known as Knova, both software and service providers.

Bill holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.



Kenneth S. Robb
Chief Technology Officer

Kenneth S. Robb

Kenneth is the chief technology officer at Fi360 and is responsible for the infrastructure, software architecture, quality assurance, security and compliance of all IT systems and proprietary Fi360 products and tools.

Kenneth has broad experience in strategic and tactical information technology initiatives with a strong economic and analytics background. He has 19 years of experience focusing on deploying solutions within a wide range of processing environments, with an emphasis within the financial service and health care industries. He has served as a vice president of information technology and chief technology officer at several large mortgage service (Basis100, now First American/Core Logic and ServiceLink, now a part of the Fidelity First National family of companies) and healthcare firms (TechRx, now McKesson). During his career he has had the responsibility of managing over $1 billion in information technology assets and implementing business and technical solutions for a wide array of clients. Most recently, he acted as a senior program manager at Bank of New York Mellon within their Technical Infrastructure Group.

He holds a bachelor's in business administration from the University of Dayton and an MS in economics from Indiana State University.

Matt Wolniewicz

Matt is the president at Fi360, a leading provider of services designed to help clients profitably gather, grow and protect assets through better investment and business decision-making. He is responsible for creating the strategy to exceed client expectations, while driving topline revenue growth, and building a client-centric sales and customer service organization. As a member of the C-level executive team, Matt is the driving force behind growing the business and establishing Fi360 as a leading provider to financial services professionals and institutions. As his team builds key relationships with clients, they enable those clients to grow their business and make improved investment and business decisions. 

With more than 20 years of experience, he was most recently head of sales, Global Advisor and Wealth Solutions, at Morningstar, Inc. where he served as the executive business development leader of Morningstar’s largest segment, successfully driving revenue and overseeing 84 team members. Before his seven years at Morningstar, he held positions at Travelex, a commercial foreign exchange company, and at Pitney Bowes, a leading provider of technology solutions to companies.
